Ive never actually made a game before

What kind of game should this be? Itll have to be character driven since thats what im good at- maybe fake emails? something internet related could be fun. How could i do it without changing pages every time i wanna make a change? I guess i could always change the color of the text to make it show up. But how could i change the text when i press a button?? (Like it could be. i press send on a fake email im making and then the text from the next email shows up, it was white before. Is that possible? I assume so
